The Team
The Clinical Negligence department is highly regarded, acting for individuals and families in complex, high-value medical negligence claims. The team is known for its:

The Role
As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Grade B / Grade C), you will manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Advising clients on liability, causation, and quantum
*Drafting key legal documents including Letters of Claim, witness statements, and schedules of loss
*Instructing and liaising with medical experts and counsel
*Progressing technically complex cases with confidence and attention to detail
*Delivering high levels of client care, particularly in sensitive and challenging circumstances
You will work as part of a supportive team environment while maintaining autonomy over your own caseload.
