The Role
Based at our client’s stunning St. Helens site, you’ll report directly to the Park Manager and take ownership of the day-to-day service operation. This is a varied, people-centred role that blends customer experience, account management, events, and team leadership.
Your key responsibilities will include:
*Leading and inspiring a small team to consistently deliver outstanding customer and consumer service
*Working closely with the Park Manager to hit sales targets by identifying and fulfilling client needs
*Ensuring all clients are fully informed of the products and services available, and contributing ideas for new offerings
*Managing on-site events to the highest quality standard
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with referrers through proactive account management
*Liaising with suppliers and managing site bookings, finance administration, and group reporting
About You
You’ll be an experienced supervisor or team leader from a hospitality, retail, or service-led background, who thrives in a target-driven environment. You’ll combine commercial acumen with genuine warmth — someone who can influence, motivate, and lead with empathy.
