Use the latest AI and digital tools to deliver fast, Red Book-compliant valuations across a diverse range of assets, taking full ownership of client instructions, from inspections to reports.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver loan security valuations for new lending, refinances, and reviews.
*Prepare detailed, lender-focused reports with risk commentary.
*Value a variety of assets, including offices, retail, industrial, healthcare, and more.
*Ensure compliance with RICS Red Book and internal QA standards.
*Communicate with clients, borrowers, and solicitors.
*Contribute to business growth through networking and repeat business.
Qualifications:
*MRICS (Chartered Surveyor) and Registered Valuer.
*2+ years’ experience in loan security valuations.
*Strong understanding of secured lending risk and credit-driven reporting.
*Passion for tech and business development.
*UK driving licence.
