Job Description:
Sharp Consultancy are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join a team within a busy manufacturing environment, based in Selby. This full time, fixed term contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and supporting both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide day to day administrative support to the sales team.
*Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
*Liaise with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.
*Maintain customer records and manage order documentation.
*Respond to customer enquiries and provide updates on order status.
*Assist with preparing quotes, pricing, and sales reports.
*Support the coordination of dispatch and logistics activities.
*Handle general administrative duties as required.
About You
*Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role.
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
*Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
*Logistics experience is desirable and will be a strong advantage.
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
