Lead Solutions Architect
*Daily Rate: £700 (inside IR35)
*Location: Bristol (1 day per 2 weeks onsite)
*Job Type: Contract (6 months)
We are seeking a Lead Solutions Architect for a public sector project. This role involves leading a team of 5 and working extensively with the M365 stack, Azure platform, and Dynamics. This is a 6-month contract position requiring occasional onsite presence in Bristol.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Lead and manage a team of 5 solutions architects, ensuring effective collaboration and project alignment.
*Design and implement solutions using the M365 stack, Azure platform, and Dynamics.
*Oversee the development and integration of IT solutions that meet the needs of the public sector.
*Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the architecture team.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
*Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure, adhering to best practices and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, particularly in leading teams.
*Strong expertise in the M365 stack, Azure platform, and Dynamics.
*Experience in the public sector is highly desirable.
*Excellent leadership and team management skills.
*Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
*Ability to design and implement complex IT solutions.
