Elevation Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled Wet Paint Sprayer to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong background in industrial wet paint spraying to work within a quality-driven environment.


Wet Paint Sprayer
Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday 06:00am – 15:00pm, Friday 06:00am – 11:00am (39 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
*Wet spraying large fabricated units, steel structures
*Preparing surfaces including degreasing, sanding, and masking
*Mixing and applying a range of industrial primers and topcoats
*Working from technical drawings and paint specifications
*Ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish and correct coating thickness
*Maintaining spray equipment and ensuring a clean and safe working environment
Education & Experience:
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial wet paint spraying
*Knowledge of spray equipment and industrial coating systems
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*Strong attention to detail with a safety-conscious approach
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
