Grafton Banks Finance are working with a commercial business based in East Grinstead to recruit an Assistant Accountant on a full time permanent basis. This is a hybrid working role, with an immediate start date. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the finance team with a range of duties, including:
*Processing and reconciling supplier invoices and payments
*Issuing and managing customer invoices and receivables
*Monitoring overdue accounts and following up on unpaid balances, ensuring incoming payments are allocated correctly
*Assisting with bank reconciliations and cash flow management
*Responding to finance-related queries from suppliers and customers
Ideal Candidate:
*AAT Level 3 or 4 qualified
*Ability to commute to the office on a hybrid basis
*1-2+ years of experience in a Finance Assistant role
*Available on short or immediate notice
