Real Estate Solicitor | Birmingham | Excellent Progression Opportunity £40,000 to £75,000 2+PQE

The role
*Join a sizeable and well-structured real estate team handling a broad mix of commercial property matters
*Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion with appropriate support
*Deliver fee-earning work in line with team and firm targets
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact
*Get involved in business development and marketing initiatives
*Work closely with colleagues across departments on cross-referral opportunities
*Stay up to date with legal developments through ongoing training and research
*Looking for a role where you can take real ownership of your work rather than being a small cog in a large machine? This could be the step up
You
*2–4 years PQE in commercial real estate
*Strong commercial awareness with solid negotiation skills
*Confident running your own files and dealing directly with clients
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
*A team player who wants to be part of a collaborative and growing department
*Keen to progress your career in a firm that will actually invest in your development
