A leading firm in North West London is seeking an experienced Enfranchisement Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their specialist team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong lawyer to take ownership of high-quality collective enfranchisement work with a clear pathway for progression.
The Role
You will manage a varied and high-value caseload of leasehold enfranchisement matters from instruction through to completion, including:
*Collective enfranchisement
*Lease extensions
*Freehold acquisitions and disposals
*Drafting and negotiating notices, deeds, contracts and settlement agreements
*Liaising with surveyors, managing agents, lenders, counsel and opposing solicitors
*Supporting business development through excellent service and repeat-client relationships
About You
We’re looking for a Solicitor who can demonstrate:
*Qualification in England & Wales
*5+ years’ PQE with strong, hands-on enfranchisement experience
*Confidence running files with minimal supervision
*Strong knowledge of the Leasehold Reform legislation
*Excellent drafting, advisory and negotiation skills
*A professional, client-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively

*£75,000+ depending on experience and track record
