Job Description:
Regional Mortgage Manager
A leading provider of Mortgages and Protection is now seeking experienced Regional Mortgage Manager to develop a team of Mortgage Advisors, covering a large geographical area of offices.
*Basic Salary circa £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
*£75,000 - £90,000 On Target Earnings
*Car or Car Allowance
*Generous benefits package
Regional Mortgage Manager - The Role:
You will be responsible for the regions performance, with responsibility for the on-going development of an existing team of fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisors across a network of offices. This will include the setting of targets, recruitment, training, disciplines, motivation and working in close conjunction with the Office Managers.
Regional Mortgage Manager - Responsibilities:
*Regular performance reviews with your team ensuring knowledge gaps are plugged and skills are always improving
*Liaising with Directors to maximise opportunities
*Recruitment of new team members
*Ongoing observation, feedback and coaching of your team
*Ensuring compliance is adheared to at all times
*Lead from the front and be able to demonstrate to youe team how you expect them to perform
Regional Mortgage Manager - Experience / Qualifications:
*CeMAP qualified (or equivalent mortgage qualification)
*A history of successfully managing a team of Mortgage Advisors
*A robust knowledge of Mortgage & Protection Markets
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to motivate and inspire others
*Problem-solving skills
*Hard working, dedicated and focused
