Position Overview
Our client, a well regarded high street law firm in Devon, is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer/Solicitor to assist with a holiday cover period at the end of June 2026. The workload is predominantly Contractual, Commercial Property & Regulatory Litigation work.
The role can be carried out fully remotely if necessary, or hybrid or office working also available. Full or part time hours (min 3, max 5).
Responsibilities
*Manage a variety of civil litigation law work.
*Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
*Ensure timely completion of legal documentation.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records.
Requirements
*Minimum 5 years’ PQE as a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (or otherwise qualified by experience) in Litigation Law.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent communication and client service abilities.
*Great team player, friendly and organised.
