Purchasing Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager/Buyer to join our team and take ownership of purchasing across our growing property portfolio - from student accommodation and private rentals to commercial and development projects.


This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll work closely with senior management, project teams and sites to keep everything running smoothly - managing suppliers, controlling costs, and supporting projects from start to finish.


You’ll be responsible for:


• Purchasing across sites, developments & refurbishments
• Sourcing materials, equipment & plant hire
• Building strong supplier relationships and managing performance
• Supporting project delivery, logistics & stock control
• Improving purchasing processes and systems
• Line managing and supporting a Purchasing Assistant


Working closely with the MD you will need to be able to respond to requirements as they come in. Fast paced and strong reasoning skills needed to ensure sign of by the MD on all requirements
