Property Manager (ARLA Qualified) | Prime W London Portfolio | £45,000
Location: West London
Salary: £45,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Hybrid: 1 day WFH (post-probation)
Must Have: ARLA Qualification

I’m working with a highly regarded independent agency in Kensington that’s known for quality over quantity, long-standing client relationships, and a genuinely professional, supportive team. This role offers the chance to manage a well-kept portfolio across some of London’s most desirable postcodes, with the autonomy to run it properly.
The RoleYou’ll take full ownership of a residential portfolio, acting as the key point of contact for both landlords and tenants while ensuring everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing*Managing a portfolio across Central & West London
*Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
*Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and inspections
*Keeping everything fully compliant with current lettings legislation
*Handling queries and resolving issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach
*Managing rent collection, arrears, and reporting
*Overseeing renewals and end-of-tenancy processes
*Keeping systems and records accurate and up to date
What We’re Looking For*ARLA qualified (non-negotiable)
*Solid experience managing a residential portfolio
*Strong grasp of lettings legislation and compliance
*Organised, proactive, and able to handle volume without dropping standards
*Professional communicator who builds trust easily
*Comfortable using property management systems and Microsoft Office
