We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take charge of multiple sites across South Yorkshire. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be shaping the way operations run, modernising processes, and driving real change.

The Role*Oversee operations across multiple South Yorkshire sites
*Manage a team of around 10–12 direct reports, including engineering, H&S, and site supervisors
*Lead site teams effectively, providing direction and support
*Identify outdated processes and implement modern, more efficient ways of working
*Work closely with the Managing Director on operational change and business improvements
*Ensure operational compliance, safety, and quality standards are consistently met
The Person*Proven operations management experience in engineering or manufacturing environments
*Comfortable leading multiple teams across different sites
*Strong track record of driving change and process improvement
*Excellent communication and leadership skills
*Hands-on approach with a focus on results and team development
*Practical problem-solver who can balance day-to-day operations with strategic improvements
