We would like to speak with experienced Electricians, who are looking for an opportunity to train the next generation and come away from the tools.
*NO site work - great opportunity to come ’off the tools’
*NO weekends
*Stable, full time permanent employment
Starting salary: £40,000 - progressing up to £50,000

Location:Cambridgeshire - Centre/Field based (Must be flexible with travel)

What do you need?
*You must be qualified Electrician, holding a minimum of a Level 3 (Domestic.)
*Must hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrician.
*You must be confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
*Must be IT literate.
*Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Duties:
*Deliver Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships at Level 3, and relevant short courses, across practical and theoretical competencies.
*Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
*Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
*Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
*Supporting learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.
