Job Description:
Import Coordinator - Air Freight (Heathrow)Our client, a leading air freight warehouse at Heathrow, is seeking an Import Coordinator to manage air import shipments and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Duties*Coordinate air import shipments from origin to destination
*Communicate with clients, airlines, and overseas agents
*Handle customer enquiries and provide shipment updates
*Update tracking systems accurately
*Prepare import documentation and support customs clearance
*Liaise with the import gateway team on daily shipment activity
*Assist with resolving delays or discrepancies
What You Need*Air freight experience (essential)
*Strong organisation and time-management skills
*Confident communicator
Shift Pattern4 on / 4 off - 2 days, 2 nights (07:00-19:00)
Security Screening5-year referencing + clean DBS required.
