Experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator required in the Windsor area to negotiate property sales, generate new business, build client relationships, and contribute to branch success within a professional estate agency environment.
An independent Estate Agency in Windsor is seeking a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional looking to progress their career within a busy and expanding office. The role will involve handling a range of properties, including higher-value homes, and contributing to continued business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Managing property sales from instruction through to completion
*Generating new business and winning instructions
*Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
*Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
*Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the process
*Contributing to branch targets and overall performance
*Supporting marketing and promotion of available properties
*Maintaining accurate records and managing the sales pipeline
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Experience as a residential Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
*Strong sales ability with a proven track record
*Listing and valuation experience advantageous
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional, well-presented, and confident manner
*Positive attitude with a proactive approach
*Good knowledge of the Windsor area (preferred)
*Full UK driving licence and own car preferred
*Thorough and professional approach to estate agency
