Legal Cashier - Top Tier London Law Firm (Initial 12-mth FTC)

One of the BEST law firms to work for in London is currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal Cashier on an initial 12-month FTC basis.
This is a genuinely welcoming firm, where people are encouraged to have fun and express yourself whilst working, as people always work better whilst having fun!
Anyway, back to the work...
You will need to be a pro-active and knowledgeable Legal Cashier (preferably with previous 3E experience) to carry out the following duties:
*Process UK and international payments from the current systems (post-implementation), often to strict deadlines
*Monitor and recharge the Land Registry suspense account
*Manage the cashiering inbox, responding to queries and requests
*Track and reconcile incoming client receipts
*Allocate payments received into client accounts against issued bills
*Process transfers from client accounts to office accounts in settlement of bills
*Respond to queries from across the firm, providing accurate advice
*Liaise directly with the firm’s banking providers
*Calculate and invest funds into money market accounts as required
*Calculate client interest when applicable
*Maintain daily client account listings
*Provide cover and support for other team members when required
