We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Lettings Manager to drive growth and performance within an established lettings division in Bedford.
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, build market share, and develop a high-performing team. The successful candidate will bring strong lettings expertise, leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset to ensure both business success and outstanding client satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Leading and managing the lettings team to achieve targets
*Conducting valuations and securing new instructions
*Driving business development and growing market share
*Overseeing property management and lettings compliance
*Training, mentoring, and motivating staff
*Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Ensuring the highest standards of customer service
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Proven experience in residential lettings and valuations
*Successful track record of running or managing a lettings division
*ARLA qualification (desirable)
*Excellent leadership and staff development skills
*Strong sales ability and commercial awareness
*Professional, articulate, and well-presented
*High customer service standards with strong communication skills
*Local market knowledge (Bedford and surrounds) advantageous
*Full UK driving licence and own car essential
