Job Description:
Interim HR AdvisorSector: Sustainable Facilities Management
We are recruiting an experienced Interim HR Advisor to support a large, multi-site contract within a sustainable FM organisation.
Working closely with an HR Business Partner, you’ll provide hands-on HR advisory support to managers across the Midlands, Wales and support functions, covering around 350 employees.
Key focus:
*First-line HR advice on ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance)
*Coaching managers to build people management capability
*Supporting TUPE activity, change and mobilisations
*Attendance management, reporting and compliance
*Supporting engagement initiatives and policy implementation
About you:
*Proven HR Advisor / HR Generalist experience
*Strong UK employment law knowledge
*TUPE and contract mobilisation exposure
*Confident working in operational, multi-site environments
*Full UK driving licence required
*CIPD Level 5 desirable
Immediate impact interim role
High-profile operational contract
