Job Overview:
We are seeking tworeliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Support Associates to work on-site atthe customer’s location. The successful candidates will be responsible forsupporting day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock handling,timely order processing, and maintaining a high standard of service forinternal customer requests.

Location: Ipswich: Aquarius Building,Adastral Park, Martlesham Heath
Daily Rate: £13.66/hr - PAYE, £17.73/hr -UMB
Contract Length:13th April 2026 till 15th February 2027

Key Responsibilities

Receipting Requests:
*Monitor and receive incoming requests via the Customer’s request management tool.
*Validate request details and ensure they are processed promptly.
Picking & Packing:
*Accurately pick products based on request requirements.
*Prepare items safely and efficiently for dispatch.
Despatch & Courier Coordination:
*Book courier services for outgoing shipments.
*Generate and affix shipping labels and documentation.
*Ensure timely handover to courier partners.
Tracking &Documentation:
*Update each request with accurate and complete details, including tracking numbers and dispatch confirmations.
*Maintain clear and traceable records of all transactions.
Stock Management:
*Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
*Identify low-stock items and support replenishment activities.
*Assist in organising and maintaining clean, safe, and efficient storage areas.
General Warehouse Activities:
*Support any additional tasks required to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
*Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency.


Key Requirements
*Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management (preferred).
*Basic computer skills and ability to work with request/warehouse management tools.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Good communication and coordination skills.
*Ability to lift and move packages as required.
*Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
