Job Description:
Legal PA - Real Estate - £45k + 3 days WFH
Global multi-serviced law firm with offices located in ther city of London are seeking a Legal PA to support Partners within their Real Estate department!
Salary on offer is up to £45,000 with great working from home benefits!
As a Legal PA , you will be providing high level PA support including:
*Support client onboarding (opening matters, KYC checks, engagement letters)
*Manage fee earners’ inboxes and organise correspondence
*Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, and logistics
*Liaise with clients and third parties professionally
*Prepare and amend legal documents (dictation, proofreading, formatting)
*Handle document management and data room uploads/downloads
*Conduct Land Registry searches and manage property applications
*Prepare and submit documents via Land Registry Portal
*Manage electronic signing processes (e.g. DocuSign)
*Assist with billing, finance tasks, and reporting
*Prepare financial/completion statements and support debt management
*Arrange travel bookings (trains, flights, hotels)
*Support business development (pitches, events, mailings)
*Manage deeds, file closures, and archiving
*Provide general support to wider PA/EA team as needed
As this role sits within Real Estate, experience of working in this department is essential
