Job Description:
My client is looking for a Temporary HR Coordinator to support a busy HR team in Crawley. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
You’ll be responsible for supporting a range of HR tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during a period of increased workload or transition.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR administration, including contracts, new starter paperwork, and employee files

Assist with coordinating recruitment activities and interview scheduling

Support onboarding and induction processes

Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy

Handle general employee queries and first-line HR support

Assist with absence tracking and reporting

Provide support with HR projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in HR administration or coordination

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator with a supportive approach

Ability to manage workload and prioritise under pressure

HR system experience is helpful

CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential
