The Opportunity:
I’m delighted to be working on behalf of a growing, innovative European manufacturing business, driven by new product development, sustainability-focused innovation and expansion across European markets.
This is a newly created, standalone marketing role and represents an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Marketing Executive to shape and deliver the European marketing agenda within a small, collaborative leadership team. Office based in Tyne & Wear with the potential for 1 day per week working from home.
About the role:
As Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of day-to-day marketing activity across Europe, working closely with Sales and Product Development to translate technical products into compelling, commercial messaging.
You will be given genuine autonomy and visibility, with the opportunity to build foundations, improve market presence and make a tangible impact on business growth.
Key responsibilities will include:*Developing and refreshing B2B marketing collateral including brochures, product data sheets, presentations, case studies and templates
*Supporting new product launches, ensuring clear value propositions and market-ready materials
*Acting as the link between Product Development and Sales, helping to communicate innovation effectively
*Supporting lead generation and early-stage prospect engagement, including market research, account profiling and initial outreach
*Coordinating marketing activity around trade shows, exhibitions and events
*Improving the European market presence across website content and professional social channels
*Supporting internal initiatives
Experience / Skills
This role will suit a practical, commercially minded marketer who enjoys variety, responsibility and operating in a lean environment.
We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, but you are likely to demonstrate:
*Experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, technical or regulated environments
*The confidence to operate as a standalone marketing professional, setting priorities and delivering end-to-end
*Strong written communication skills and the ability to simplify and present technical information clearly
*A hands-on approach to producing marketing materials, with some design capability (e.g. Canva or Adobe tools)
*An interest in working closely with sales teams and supporting long, consultative sales cycles
*A proactive, self-starting mindset and comfortable working in a small, visible team
*A degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline is preferred.
