We’re looking for a motivated and capable Systems Analyst to support and enhance a number of systems across the business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive system improvements, ensure platform stability, and help future-proof our technology landscape.
Working closely with internal IT Business Services, Support, and Infrastructure teams, you’ll act as a key link between technology and business operations - delivering solutions that add real value.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Support, maintain, and develop business-critical systems across the business
*Lead and contribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and improvement initiatives
*Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
*Collaborate with software vendors and third-party partners
*Conduct system testing and support successful implementation of new features
*Drive continuous improvement aligned with business strategy
*Develop and support low-code applications (K2 / PowerApps or similar)
*Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and recovery processes
*Provide technical support to end users and ensure systems deliver long-term value
*Participate in an on-call rota (1 week in 4)
