Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to align our client’s people initiatives with business objectives, driving organisational performance and effectiveness. This strategic and operational role involves partnering closely with senior leaders and managers, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing commercially focused HR guidance that supports business performance and decision-making.
*Partner with leadership teams to identify people priorities, translating business needs into effective HR strategies, plans, and solutions aligned to organisational objectives.
*Lead and support complex employee relations matters, including performance, attendance, and conduct issues, ensuring consistent and fair outcomes.
*Deliver and support key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including organisational design, resourcing, talent management, engagement, performance, and reward.
*Collaborate with the Head of HR and wider HR team to implement the HR strategy and ensure alignment with operational priorities.
*Use HR data and analytics to generate insights, inform decision-making, and shape people strategies, ensuring all reporting requirements are met accurately and on time.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice, ensuring policies and procedures remain compliant, relevant, and effective.
*Support the development and implementation of reward frameworks, including pay reviews, performance cycles, and bonus processes.
*Contribute to and, where appropriate, lead HR projects, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery to agreed timelines.
*Proactively identify, manage, and escalate people-related risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
*Drive the achievement of business objectives within designated areas by embedding effective people practices and fostering a high-performance culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*A minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Business Partner with the proven ability to handle ER casework.
*Demonstrated experience in providing advice on complex employment issues.
*Strong influencing and coaching skills, with the confidence to challenge where appropriate.
*Ability to build credible relationships across all levels.
*Strong IT capability with sound working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
*Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent as a minimum
*Full, clean driving licence.
