We’re supporting an established SME recruitment business with a strong client base, a credible brand, and real momentum — but they’re not interested in standing still. They are looking for a Director who wants more than just a title. Someone who sees the bigger picture: building high-performing teams, shaping strategy, and playing a key role in scaling a modern recruitment business.
The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role with genuine influence. You’ll have the autonomy to grow a division (or multiple), develop people into top performers, and help define how we go to market in an increasingly competitive tech landscape.
You won’t be boxed into legacy ways of working — open to new ideas, new markets, and new ways of doing things.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading and growing a team of high-performing IT recruiters
*Setting and executing a clear strategy for your vertical(s)
*Developing key client relationships, including enterprise and high-growth tech businesses
*Driving revenue, performance, and culture in equal measure
*Hiring, coaching, and retaining top recruitment talent
*Working closely with the leadership team on overall business direction

*A proven leader within IT/Tech recruitment
*Strong billing history alongside leadership experience
*Someone commercial, credible, and confident operating at a senior level
*A builder — not just a maintainer
*High standards, high energy, and a low-ego approach
