Join our Clients team as a Multi-Trade Carpenter / Plumber, where you will be instrumental in performing a variety of tasks in a reactive maintenance environment. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in carpentry or plumbing with additional maintenance skills, capable of managing multiple tasks independently while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Undertake all aspects of repairs and maintenance work according to your skill set, maintaining the required quality standards.
*Assess work requirements upon arrival at the site and execute necessary tasks efficiently.
*Communicate effectively to receive job details and update service coordinators about the work required and actions taken.
*Ensure adherence to the Company’s safe working practices and safety procedures at all times.
*Work independently, while also being willing to assist other trades as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in Carpentry or Plumbing (or both) with additional trade skills.
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
*Full UK driving licence.
Van and Fuel card will be provided
Initially 3 month assignment
Pay rates - £18.60 paye or £23.62 Umbrella.
Start date ASAP, subject to DBS and Licence check
