Job Description:
Help us craft beautiful, high-quality yachts
We’re looking for hands-on people who enjoy building, fitting, and working with a variety of materials. You don’t need previous boatbuilding experience – if you’ve worked in a practical trade or enjoy making things, we can teach you the rest. This Boat Builder role will be based at our Wroxham facility in Norfolk.
What you’ll be doing
*Building and fitting parts across our range of boats
*Working on both interior features (like furniture and panels) and exterior fittings
*Installing hardware such as windows, hatches, and deck fittings
*Using tools and materials like wood, fibreglass, and composites
*Working from drawings and instructions to create high-quality finishes
*Checking your work to make sure everything fits and looks right
What we’re looking for
You might be a great fit if you have experience in:
*Carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, construction, or similar trades
*Using hand and power tools
*Building or assembling components with care and accuracy
We’re especially keen to hear from people who:
*Enjoy practical, hands-on work
*Take pride in attention to detail
*Can work at a steady pace and meet deadlines
*Like working as part of a team
*Are willing to learn new skills
Bonus (but not essential)
*Experience with fibreglass, composites, or upholstery
*Ability to read technical drawings
*Previous experience in boatbuilding or similar industries
