We’re looking for practical, hands-on people who enjoy working with tools, solving problems, and being part of a team. You don’t need to have worked on boats before – if you’ve got relevant skills and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you. This Marine Engineer role will be based at our Wroxham facility in Norfolk.
What you’ll be doing:
*Helping to build and install systems on our luxury yachts
*Working with a range of equipment such as engines, plumbing, and onboard systems
*Supporting other trades and being part of a collaborative build team
*Reading simple drawings and following build instructions
What we’re looking for
You might be a good fit if you have experience in areas like:
*Mechanical work, plumbing, HVAC, automotive, or similar trades
*Using hand and power tools
*Building, assembling, or installing equipment
We also value people who:
*Enjoy practical, hands-on work
*Can work independently and as part of a team
*Are willing to learn new skills and adapt
*Take pride in doing a job well
Bonus (but not essential):
*Experience with fabrication or welding
*Ability to read technical drawings
*Previous engineering or trade qualifications
