What’s involved?*Supporting the Chef de Partie and senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
*Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
*Maintaining organisation and cleanliness within your section
*Assisting during busy service periods
*Ensuring consistency and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
What we’re looking for*Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Commis or Demi Chef level)
*Passion for high-quality, fresh food
*Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
*Ability to work well under pressure
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail
