Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead restructuring and insolvency engagements from initial assessment through to delivery
Advise companies, lenders, and other stakeholders across a range of stressed and distressed situations
Manage both company side and creditor side mandates, including contingency planning and formal processes
Oversee financial analysis, cash flow modelling, and restructuring options assessments
Support negotiations with key stakeholders including lenders, management teams, and investors
Take ownership of day to day client relationships and contribute to delivering high quality advice
Manage and develop junior team members, ensuring strong delivery and professional development
Contribute to business development activity, including supporting pitches and building market relationships
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in restructuring and or insolvency, with exposure to both advisory and formal situations
Experience working on company side and or creditor side mandates
Background in professional services, restructuring advisory, or insolvency practice
Strong financial and analytical skills, including cash flow modelling
Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders in challenging situations
Track record of managing engagements and supporting junior team members
Commercially aware, with an interest in developing client relationships and contributing to growth
