About us Team Secretary - London Market (Claims & Operations)

We’re working with a highly respected, global insurance business to hire a Team Secretary into their London Market division.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, people-first environment supporting a busy Claims and Operations function.
You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly day-to-day, working closely with a Personal Assistant and wider support team while engaging with stakeholders across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinating travel (flights, accommodation, transfers, visas) Managing expenses and invoices Organising team events, meetings and training sessions Booking meeting rooms, coordinating catering and managing diaries Preparing reports, collating documents and producing meeting packs Taking minutes and tracking actions from meetings Maintaining accurate team records (org charts, staff lists, trackers) Supporting wider admin tasks and team coordination
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a team secretary / admin / PA-style role Strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Confident using MS Office and picking up new systems quickly A proactive, team-focused approach This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a team, keeping things organised, and building strong working relationships in a fast-paced, professional environment.
