Job Description:
Job Title: Resourcing Administrator
Location: Edinburgh (Fully Office-Based)
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Resourcing Administrator to join a busy Recruitment team in Edinburgh. This is a fully office-based role, perfect for someone who enjoys supporting recruitment processes and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support day-to-day recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, managing applications, and scheduling interviews
*Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in internal systems
*Assist with onboarding
*Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as required
*General administrative support to the resourcing team
*Liaise professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is preferred
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR/recruitment systems
