You’ll work on-site and in the London office, supporting teams across design, procurement, and delivery, using NEC contracts.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage budgets, contracts, and commercial risks on complex projects
*Deliver cost control and commercial reporting across rail, power, and infrastructure programmes
*Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet financial and operational targets
*Work on-site across London and/or in the office near St Paul’s (3 days per week)
Requirements

*Strong NEC contract knowledge and commercial acumen
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Ability to work across multiple projects during design and delivery phases
Why This Role is Exciting
Be part of a company that shapes London’s critical infrastructure, delivering large-scale projects that power the city’s transport, energy, and urban networks. Work with talented engineers and project teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your expertise makes a real impact.
