Job Description:
Concierge - Residential Estate (South West London, SW11)
£28,000-£28,500 | 4 on / 2 off | Day & Late Shifts
*2 x Day shifts: 08:00-16:00
*2 x Late shifts: 15:30-23:30
We’re recruiting for a Concierge to join a well-established residential estate in South West London, SW11. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being front-facing, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a close-knit on-site team.
The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, helping to keep the estate safe, welcoming, and running smoothly.
Day-to-day duties include:
*Managing the concierge desk and greeting residents/visitors
*Handling parcels, keys, and deliveries
*Carrying out internal patrols and reporting defects or H&S issues
*Logging incidents, contractor activity, and daily handovers
*Supporting general upkeep of communal areas
*Working closely with the wider concierge team and Estate Manager
The Estate
*Multi-block residential development (including high-rise buildings)
*On-site leisure facilities including a gym, pool, sauna & spa
*Established team and experienced on-site management
*Professional but friendly working environment
Package
*28 days holiday
*Pension included
About You
*Reliable, punctual and customer-focused
*A strong team player with a positive attitude
*Comfortable in a residential or customer-facing environment
*Ideally based locally or able to commute easily to SW11
*Previous concierge / residential experience preferred but not essential
