Job Description:
Specialising in the refurbishment/cut and carve and fit out of offices and commercial-led mixed use assets in Central London.
Work with both landlord and Tenants on a range of projects with individual values up to circa £60m.
Client Details
Part of a very high performing central London Project Management team focusing on Prime Commercial schemes on behalf of Tier 1 Investor, Developer and Occupiers Clients within zones 1-3. You will closely work with the Directors and be given excellent project and client exposure.
Description
Key responsibilities
*Oversee the delivery of refurbishment and fitout projects at strategic level to manage the professional team, ensuring the client’s brief is delivered on time, quality and budget;
*Preparation of fee proposals and pitching to existing/new clients;
*Support and advise clients in the strategic planning of projects, including: procurement routes, design management, project opportunities, key risks and mitigation;
*Programme creation and management;
*Contract administration (JCT suite of contracts);
*Management of the project life cycle: briefing, design, tender, construction, handover and close out activities;
*Support in the development of junior team members.
Profile
In order to be considered, you must demonstrate
- Degree in project/construction management and member of professional charterships (RICS, APM);
- Track record working in the Central London office sector as Senior PM/Associate Director;
- Ability to lead client pitches and presentations;
- Proven track record with existing clients and wide network that can be leveraged going forward.
