Job Description:
Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ+) – Loughborough – £35,000 to £65,000
The firm
This is a regional firm that has quietly built a strong reputation for client service and quality work across the East Midlands. With a history stretching back centuries but a clear focus on modernisation, the firm has recently undergone a rebrand and is actively growing its core teams. Known for its approachable culture and long-standing client relationships, it offers a platform where solicitors can genuinely develop their careers.
The role
*Join a busy dispute resolution team handling a broad mix of work
*Matters to include property litigation, landlord and tenant disputes, debt recovery, and contested probate
*Work closely with other departments, particularly commercial property and private client
*Gain hands-on experience from day one with real responsibility
*Opportunity to develop a niche in areas such as private client disputes if of interest
Prefer a mixed disputes caseload where no two days look the same, rather than being boxed into one narrow specialism too early?
You
*NQ+ with litigation experience (training contract or post-qualified)
*Interest in a broad disputes practice, including property and private client litigation
*Strong communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
*Ambition to grow within a firm that is actively investing in its disputes offering
Benefits
*Diverse caseload with exposure to high-quality work
*Clear route for progression as the team expands
*Close-knit, supportive working environment
*Modern systems and a forward-thinking leadership team
*Competitive salary and benefits
It sounds simple, but finding a disputes role with both variety and progression is harder than it should be. This is one that offers both.
