Location: Surbiton
Salary: £25,000 basic + car allowance
OTE: £55,000

Role OverviewAs a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you will be responsible for generating new business, winning instructions, and progressing sales through to completion. This role is ideal for a Sales Negotiator with strong experience who is ready to step up into a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer position.
Key Responsibilities*Conduct property valuations and win new instructions
*Generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline
*Negotiate offers and manage sales through to completion
*Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
*Support the wider team and contribute to branch performance
*Work towards and exceed targets and KPIs
Requirements*Experience in residential property sales (Sales Negotiator or above)
*Strong ability to win instructions or a clear desire to step into valuations
*Target-driven with a proactive and motivated approach
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Full UK driving licence
