Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Lettings Manager
Location: Cobham
Salary: £25,000 basic
OTE: £45,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a thriving estate agency in Cobham. This role is perfect for a confident Lettings Negotiator ready to take the next step, or an established Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to join a high-performing and supportive branch.
Role OverviewAs a Senior Lettings Negotiator / ALM, you will play a key role in generating new lettings instructions, managing tenancies, and providing excellent service to landlords and tenants. You will contribute directly to the branch’s success and help drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities*Conduct property viewings and secure new lettings instructions
*Manage tenancies from start to finish, ensuring compliance and smooth progression
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline
*Support the wider team and contribute to branch performance
*Achieve and exceed targets and KPIs
Requirements*Experience in residential lettings
*Confident, target-driven, and motivated
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Full UK driving licence
