We’re recruiting for a highly experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of a complex, multi-site operation in Bristol. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in Facilities Management and, crucially, proven experience managing PFI contracts within a compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:As Operations Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of a high-value, multi-site contract across Bristol, ensuring performance and compliance at every level:
*Take full ownership of a PFI contract, ensuring all contractual obligations are met
*Oversee Facilities Management service delivery across multiple sites
*Manage budgets, financial performance, and lifecycle planning
*Lead, develop, and support site-based teams and managers
*Ensure full compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
*Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
*Monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement
*Manage suppliers and subcontractors to maintain high service standards
What we’re looking for:To be successful as an Operations Manager in Bristol, you must have the following:
*Essential: Strong experience within Facilities Management (FM) and proven delivery of PFI contracts
*Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-site operations
*Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving performance
*Proven ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets
*A recognised technical or FM qualification (IWFM, NEBOSH or similar preferred)
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*A structured, compliance-focused approach with strong attention to detail
