Base Salary: £30,000 - £32,500
OTE £60,000 - £70,000+ (uncapped)

Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced estate agency professional to step into a Branch Manager role within a leading residential sales business in Cambridge. This position offers a unique blend of entrepreneurial autonomy and full business support, giving you the opportunity to run your own branch with responsibility for performance, profitability, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
*Take full ownership of branch profit and loss performance
*Drive revenue growth across residential sales and associated services
*Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
*Generate new business through valuations, instructions, and local networking
*Deliver exceptional customer service and client outcomes
*Maximise cross-selling opportunities (mortgages, conveyancing, etc.)
*Monitor local market trends and ensure strong market positioning
*Maintain compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards
What We’re Looking For
*Proven track record in estate agency valuations and instructions
*Strong leadership experience, ideally managing a sales team or branch
*Commercial mindset with the ability to drive profitability and growth
*Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Strong understanding of the Cambridge property market (desirable)
*Full UK driving licence
