Job Description:
My client is recruiting for a People Advisor on a temporary assignment to support during a maternity cover period. This role is ideal for a strong HR Coordinator looking to step up, or an HR Advisor seeking a hands-on generalist position.
Location: Cambridgeshire, free car park
Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 days working from home
Key Responsibilities*First point of contact for HR queries
*Support recruitment and onboarding
*Manage low-level employee relations cases
*Ensure HR compliance
*Support pensions, benefits, and probation processes
About You*CIPD Level 3 or 5 (preferred)
*HR experience with some ER exposure
*Proactive, organised, and a strong communicator
