Part Time - Accounts Assistant - 16 hours per week Huntress are working with an established global business who are looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant. This role involves managing day-to-day transactions and assisting with month-end processes,
Key Responsibilities*Process purchase invoices, expenses, and intercompany transactions in Xero
*Manage sales and purchase ledgers and chase outstanding payments
*Reconcile bank accounts and transactions
*Prepare payment runs (BACS, international, payroll)
*Support month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
*Assist with cost of sales, stock, and royalty calculations
*Prepare reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
*Support VAT returns, audits, and statutory accounts
About You*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Well organised with good time management
*Confident communicator, able to handle queries
*AAT qualified (or equivalent experience)
Desirable:
*Experience with Xero or similar systems
*Knowledge of foreign currencies and/or stock management
