Project Transitions Coordinator
Contract Role
London/Hybrid - Occasional travel may be needed
A global organisation is seeking a project transitions coordinator to support the early stages of customer onboarding within Professional Services
*3-5 years’ experience in project management within client-facing environments
*Experience leading meetings, managing timelines, and coordinating stakeholders
*Experience working with e-invoicing / e-billing platforms (e.g., Pagero, Basware, Tungsten Network, SAP Ariba or similar)
*Understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
*Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel)
*Exposure to integration or data migration projects
*Experience in P2P/O2C processes or business transaction compliance
