Our client, a leading IT services provider supporting the education sector, is hiring an IT Field Engineer to deliver on-site and remote technical support across schools and academy trusts.


This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse client base, playing a key role in maintaining and improving IT infrastructure within educational environments.


What you’ll do
*Provide on-site and remote IT support to schools and academy trusts
*Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
*Troubleshoot technical issues across a range of technologies
*Support IT projects, upgrades, and deployments
*Build strong relationships with end users and key stakeholders


You’ll work closely with internal support teams and education clients to ensure reliable, high-quality IT services are delivered.


What we’re looking for
*Proven experience in a field-based IT support role
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, networks, and hardware
*Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
*Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach


Experience working within schools or academy trusts is highly desirable.
