Responsibilities of Sous chef
*Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
*Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes across clubhouse dining, events, and functions
*Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
*Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
*Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
*Manage stock control and assist with ordering
About you
*Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
*A passion for fresh, seasonal food
*Strong organisational and leadership skills
*Ability to work well under pressure
*Food hygiene certification (Level 2 minimum)
*Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings for events
