Key Responsibilities: IFA Administrator
*Support Financial Advisers with day-to-day administrative tasks
*Prepare client review packs and important documentation
*Process new business and manage applications to completion
*Communicate with providers, clients, and internal teams
*Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met
Skills & Experience: IFA Administrator
*Previous experience in an IFA or financial services administration role
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Strong communication and client service skills
*Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
*Familiarity with financial platforms and back-office systems (desirable)
