Partner - Estate Agency
*Annual Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (on-target earnings)
*Basic Salary: £25,000 to £27,500 (dependent on experience)
*Location: Sheffield, Yorkshire

Day-to-day of the role:
*Operate with the flexibility of a self-employed model while fully employed, taking full responsibility for all estate agency activities in your local area.
*Provide an end-to-end service for customers from valuation to completion of sale.
*Build and maintain strong local relationships to enhance business generation.
*Market your personal brand effectively to increase local presence and customer engagement.
*Utilize the support from local branch hub teams, central lead management, and concierge telephony to maximize your success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to be the best estate agent in your area.
*Proven track record in estate agency or a closely related field.
*Excellent marketing and business generation skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
*Ability to manage your own diary and work flexibly to meet customer needs.
