The Role

As an Employment Solicitor, you’ll manage a diverse and engaging caseload across both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including:
*Employment tribunal claims and litigation
*Advising on employment contracts and policies
*Settlement agreements and exit strategies
*Disciplinary, grievance, and redundancy processes
*Discrimination and unfair dismissal matters
You’ll work closely with a varied client base, delivering commercial, pragmatic, and tailored legal advice, while building strong, long-term relationships.
About You

We’re keen to hear from candidates who are:
*A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with experience in employment law
*Confident handling employment tribunal cases and litigation
*Skilled in advising on contracts, HR matters, and settlement agreements
*Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
*Able to manage a busy caseload independently while contributing to a team
